I did something amazing last weekend. I came up with a very own muesli creation. I was forced to use different ingredients that day, because we ran out of the usual fruits and berries. So I had to take what was left in the kitchen and to my astonishment it turned out so very delicious and sweet. Not like a restrained sweetness, which is what I would normally expect from my muesli, but it was actually as sweet as a dessert, without any added sugar.I highly doubt that anyone would ever recreate this muesli, but I just love to write down lists of ingredients, so here goes the recipe:
- 250g of low-fat yoghurt
- 1 apple (half grated and the other half cut into little cubes)
- About a handfull of Walnuts
- About a handfull of goji berries
- 1 dried fig (cut into little pieces)
- 1 tbsp of peanut butter
I also bought these pair of Nike Sneakers last week, which is very unusual for me. I have to get used to the colors bouncing off my feet. Apart from that they're a great buy, so comfy, almost like walking on air.
